Lead, mentor, and manage a team of design engineers, fostering accountability, collaboration, and professional development. Manage end-to-end product development programs, from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and compliance with standards.

Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to inform innovation strategies and maintain competitive advantage. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to translate requirements into actionable design plans. Drive product testing, certification, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Oversee project budgets, CAPEX planning, and resource allocation. Promote a culture of problem-solving, ownership, diversity, and innovation within the team. Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to senior management.
