Our client, a leading importer of tyres distributing to the South African retail market, is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee the import and distribution operations.
Responsibilities:
Oversee inventory management, including receiving shipments and stock control.
Coordinate logistics, including shipping, customs clearance, and route planning.
Supervise warehouse staff, manage shifts, and ensure safety compliance.
Monitor and report on warehouse performance, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment.
Implement process improvements and utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in warehouse management.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Knowledge of logistics and inventory management systems.
Grade 12 / Matric essential
Degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management.
