- Design, prepare and order educational aids and
materials.
- Create and monitor training schedules for all
programs on allocated sites, track and create reports on outcomes of all
training and maintain training records for the company.
- Monitor facilitators, assessors, internal
moderators and mentors to ensure proper implementation of learning
programs.
- Manage in-house training activities, facilities
and equipment.
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training
records.
- Gather feedback from trainers and trainees and
ensure proper communication between head office and site staff.
- Ensure appropriate training methods are used for
facilitation, simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional
development classes etc.
- Research and recommend new training
methods.
