Degree / BTech qualification5+ years in a senior management role property industry preferredExcellent communication skillsCultural sensitivity and professional integrityStrong leadership; operational; and financial management skillsThe successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:Oversee properties, tenants, and business management processes within the regionOperational & property management Oversee tenant processes to maximize rental income and minimize vacancies; manage tenant relationships; oversee lease processes; monitor property performance; oversee property maintenance plansBusiness & regional management manage regions performance; develop/implement marketing and advertising strategies; contribute to budget preparation; identify/manage new business opportunitiesFinancial & risk management prepare/manage budgets; monitor expenditure; manage operational and financial risksStaff management lead/manage staff performance and work allocation; ensure compliance with HR, performance management and company procedures; oversee HR reportingCompliance & governance ensure policy compliance; ensure adherence to OHS regulationsSalary: R60 000 R66 000 per month
