The ideal candidate must be trustworthy, punctual, and able to follow instructions and design specifications accurately. Position: Carpenter Location: Pietermaritzburg Start Date: ASAP Employment Type: Full-time / Project-based (Specify) Key Responsibilities
Manufacture, install, and repair cupboards, doors, skirting, shelving, and other wooden structures.
Follow design drawings, measurements, and client specifications closely.
Operate power tools and carpentry equipment safely.
Ensure high-quality workmanship and neat finishing at all times.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Work closely with other contractors where required.
藺 Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years carpentry experience.
Ability to read plans, measurements, and technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and finishing quality.
Own tools and transport (advantage).
Sober habits and disciplined work ethic.
No cellphones during work hours except for emergencies.
Must be able to work Monday–Saturday.
Salary
Competitive salary based on experience.
