The U.S. Mission in Pretoria is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for a position of Audio Visual Technician in the Information Programs Center (IPC).
Incumbent will be Pretoria’s Audio/Visual (A/V) Technician for all non-Public Affairs Section (PAS) events and capabilities. Ensures Pretoria has all required modern A/V systems and capabilities, including fixed and mobile systems with up to date equipment. Trains end-user and technical personnel in these systems and assists constituent posts in Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town, as needed, with similar A/V related tasks. Incumbent will also provide support to other posts in the region by request with Information Management Officer (IMO) approval.
