The Ideal Research and Development Specialist should have previous experience from a Pasta Factory with a demonstrated history of working as the Plant or Factory Manager .
Must be Skilled in Sensory Evaluation, Management, Continuous Improvement, Product Development, and Research and Development (R&D). An expanding dairy processing facility is looking for a cheese maker to
join their growing team.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to get ample
experience in an up and coming artisan cheese making business.
The position will include but will not be limited to the following tasks
and duties:
• Quality control in
all aspects of the cheese making process

Providing reports and feedback to management in key areas

Ensure hygiene and food safety measures are adhered to and improved upon
