An exciting opportunity for a candidate with strong technical and creative problem solving skills with regards to Records Management.
* Responsible for the setting up new processes, procedures, policies on Records Management

* Ability to convert manual document and records management practices into the electronic document and records management system.
* Creation of Organization File Plans
* Work with the sales team in order to provide quotations for electronic document conversion sales.
* Conduct client requirements for establishing an electronic document and records management system.
* Conduct Training and Workshops
* Ongoing system support.
* Provide regular reports for management
