Key Duties:

Advanced computer skills are essential to the role and the successful candidate would be required to demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other applications. Experience with Apple’s Numbers application would be advantageous.
Role and Responsibilities
The role involves documenting the results of HVAC commissioning activities, technical assessments and performance verifications carried out by the company’s field teams. The successful candidate would be responsible to develop, maintain and update technical documentation in a professionally
presentable format with extreme diligence required for the attention to detail that is necessary for this role.
The candidate would need to demonstrate the ability to analyse engineering documents
(mechanical layout drawings, technical equipment selection documents, manufacturer
specifications and other documents) as required to identify the scope of commissioning activities
and to record the outcomes of assessment, verification and commissioning exercises.
A key requirement is that the candidate would have the ability to perform engineering calculations and technical analysis of data captured by field teams in order to identify anomalies in the data and track where further testing is required to achieve the design requirements of the installation.
