They are seeking an energetic, responsible, and nature-loving individual who is passionate about working with children, committed to safety, and eager to deliver engaging, conservation-focused activities while upholding high service standards.Candidate Responsibilities:Supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety in a Big 5 environment.Maintain correct child-to-staff ratios in line with lodge safety policies.Ensure children follow lodge safety rules and wildlife awareness guidelines.Ensure all children are signed in and out by authorised parents or guardians only.Assist in planning and delivering daily Kids Club programmes, including nature-based, cultural, educational, and creative activities.Facilitate games, crafts, storytelling, conservation lessons, and age-appropriate outdoor activities.Introduce children to basic conservation concepts, local wildlife, tracking, and environmental responsibility.Encourage respect for nature, animals, and local culture through interactive learning.Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment for children and their families.Communicate clearly with parents regarding activities, schedules, and any concerns.Uphold luxury hospitality service standards at all times.Ensure Kids Club areas, toys, and equipment are clean, safe, and well maintained.Respond appropriately to minor injuries or incidents and report all incidents to the Kids Club Manager.Assist with attendance registers, activity logs, and incident reporting.Follow lodge policies, child protection guidelines, and safety procedures at all times.Core Criteria:Friendly, energetic, and patient personality.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsHigh level of responsibility and attention to safetyAbility to work flexible hours including weekends and school holidays.Team player with a positive attitude.This is a live-in position

Key ResponsibilitiesManage journal entries, invoicing, reconciliations, and related processes to ensure accurate monthly and annual financial close.Ensure timely and accurate billing of all direct bill accounts with complete supporting documentation.Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, income audit, and payroll processes within required deadlines.Drive cash-flow optimisation through strict control of inventory, credit, collections, disbursements, deposits, and remittances.Prepare, analyse, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.Ensure a smooth, accurate, and timely month-end closing process.Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls, financial policies, and procedures in line with statutory and company requirements.Support internal and external audit processes with complete and accurate financial records.Monitor financial data flow from POS, PMS, and inventory systems to prevent revenue leakage and ensure reporting integrity.Promote financial awareness among operational managers through guidance, reporting, and performance analysis. Minimum RequirementsBCom Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.Minimum 57 years finance experience, including at least 3 years in a Financial Controller role within a hotel or multi-unit resort environment.Strong proficiency in accounting software (preferably SAGE) and Microsoft Office.Sound working knowledge of inventory systems, property management systems (PMS), and point-of-sale (POS) platformsProven experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial analysis within hospitality.Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and public holidays when required to meet reporting deadlines.Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently, accurately, and under pressure.
