This is a hands-on role for a hospitality professional who leads from the floor and understands the numbers behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead FOH operations and maintain consistently high service standards
Be present on the floor during service, engaging guests and managing service flow
Train, mentor, and motivate the FOH team
Manage reservations, seating plans, and staffing to maximise guest experience and turnover
Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally
Oversee daily operations including opening and closing procedures
Manage cash-ups, banking, and reconciliations in line with GAAP
Monitor revenue, labour, and cost of sales, protect margins
Control stock, manage variances, ordering, and stock rotation
Liaise with ownership and accountants on reporting, budgeting, and compliance
Manage rosters, performance, and discipline fairly and consistently
Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and labour regulations
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience as a Restaurant Manager or senior supervisor

Proven GAAP-aligned financial control experience in hospitality
Solid knowledge of costing, margins, and reporting
