We are seeking a semi-skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles, ensuring safety and performance. Maintenance Services Conduct routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid top-ups.Inspect and replace worn-out parts such as belts, hoses, and filters.Perform scheduled services in accordance with manufacturer recommendations. 3. Use of Tools and Equipment Operate diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot issues.Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized machinery safely and efficiently. 4. Customer Service Communicate effectively with customers to explain diagnoses, recommended repairs, and estimated costs.Provide accurate timelines for job completion and updates on repair progress. 5. Record Keeping Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and customer interactions.Use digital or manual systems to track repairs and service history. 6. Compliance and Safety Adhere to workplace safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE).Comply with all automotive industry regulations and standards. Procurement and Stock ControllerWe are seeking a diligent and hands-on Procurement and Stock Controller to manage our inventory and purchasing processes. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our stock, from sourcing and ordering to receiving, inspecting, and issuing parts. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with both our ERP/MES systems and physically handling machine components. You will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of our inventory and the timely availability of parts for production. Key Responsibilities: Handle procurement functions, including obtaining quotes, placing orders, and coordinating with suppliers. Receive and inspect incoming goods, verifying them against purchase orders and technical exploded-view drawings. Accurately book stock into the ERP/MES system and manage physical storage and organization. Process stock issues for production, ensuring system records are updated in real-time. Create, manage, and close out works orders within the system. Conduct final inspections of outgoing parts and machines, meticulously documenting their condition with photographs before dispatch. Skills Required: ERP/MES System Proficiency: The ability to navigate and accurately transact within enterprise resource planning and manufacturing execution systems is essential for inventory and works order management. Inventory Management: Strong knowledge of stock control principles, including receiving, put-away, cycle counting, and issuing procedures.
