Designing as to brief from art dept. Submit reverts to team timeously. Ensure sign off is obtained from relevant manager in line with deadlines.Ensure correct artwork sent to factories for productionManage and maintain artwork library of packaging files and designsAbility to illustrate or modify illustrations.Good eye for composition and placement, as a big part of the job will be the creation of decal placements on homeware items.Need to be able to brief and co-ord photography if its required for the packagingMust be competent in Illustrator, photo shop and InDesign - procreate a plusKnowledge of correct set up principals, repo and printing process a big bonusUnderstanding of die lines and box creation is beneficial.Qualification and Experience RequirementsMinimum 2-3 years of packaging design experienceUnderstanding of packaging design with a focus on Print.Portfolio to substantiate.
