*Key Responsibilities*
- Review the effectiveness of the organisation's programmes and operations.

- Promote accountability, transparency, and ethical leadership.

*Time Commitment*
- Minimum of four (4) meetings per year.
- Meetings will be conducted online.
- Each meeting will be limited to approximately one (1) hour as board packs will be issued one week before the meeting for review and preparation.
- Additional participation may be requested on an ad hoc basis where appropriate.
