- Recruitment & Selection
- Induction/Staff onboarding
- Responsible for all payroll input
- Assist in Implementation reviewing and drafting policies
- Compile WSP/Annual Training Plan
- Compile Employment Equity & BBBEE
- Implementing Training and Development
- Employee Benefits/Wellness
- Assist with IOD and arranging medicals
- HR Reporting/Administration
- Monitor and implement Performance Appraisals
- Assist in creating Job Profiles and Job Descriptions
- Housekeeping
- Perform any other related duties in the interest of CEMZA as instructed
- Work according to Instructions / Procedures as pertaining to his/her operation function as assigned and abide by all legal (laws/by-laws) requirements / Company Policies and Practices
Minimum Requirements:
- Human Resources, Organisational Psychology or related degree
- 3 5 years experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
- Proficient in MS Office and HR information systems (HRIS)
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Analytical thinker
- Reasoning skills
