JOB DESCRIPTION
The Excavator Grab Operator`s primary purpose is to provide support as dictated by operational requirements in the form of moving scrap metal material in and around the yard. The following tasks will include, but are not limited to:

Carry out daily inspections of the Grab machine and report any faults.Do general maintenance and cleaning of the grab machine.Move and place steel, bags, bins and other steel products where instructed.Load and off-load steel materials on and off trucks or containers.Ensure safe loading and offloading of customer vehicles as per operational demand.Ensure minimal transaction time used per customer whilst providing an efficient service at all times.Accurately sorting and grading materials for the loading of the dispatch truck at all times.Complete check lists and log sheets.Maintain safe working procedures at all times.Abide by the regulations as set out in the O.H.S.A and company policies.

ReferU is an early-stage company that is still pre-revenue and is looking for someone to help us sign up our first clients. We need someone who is energetic and in their happy place prospecting and calling new clients. We need someone to research, prospect and introduce ReferU to new clients and set up sales meetings for the founder. We need a new business development manager that can open doors with the HR decision-makers of small to medium sizes companies.We have a very defined sales process with extremely clear objectives. The job is for a 6-month contract and the objective is to work closely with the founder to secure and sign up ReferUs first twenty customers. Successful candidates will be appointed as Property Consultants with the opportunity of becoming a Property Investment Strategist. Successful candidates will be expected to complete a probation period of 3 months, pass our training academy and reach their KPIs consecutively. Their duties will include:• Provide consulting services and property sales to primary buyers.• Sell investment property to first time investors with an income of R30 000 or less• To refer clients who already have a property portfolio to a Property Investment Strategist.• To refer clients who earn an income of more than R30 000 to a Property Investment Strategist.• To call, email, WhatsApp and SMS clients daily and schedule consultations with the client if necessary.• To arrange and facilitate show house viewings.Opportunity to earn a basic of R 10 000 + commission per sale.
