4. RETURNED / REJECTED GOODS
• To ensure that goods returned are handled in a procedurally correct manner, reason for returns determined and any further actions followed through and recorded.
• To ensure that goods due to be rejected are handled in a procedurally correct manner.
• Final decision to re-analyze, re-pack or destroy any returned/rejected goods.
5. GMP/GWP/GHP
• To ensure that inspection audits are performed on all third-party contractors whereby it is established that:

*Purpose*
The Payroll Administrator position encompasses the administration of salaries for all staff and fixed term contractors, the preparation of schedules and payment requisitions for monthly payments, capturing of monthly salary journals, the preparation of tax calculations, submissions of SARS Mid-Year and Year-End tax figures, the generation of IRP5’s, the reconciliation of all payroll control accounts each month and the filing of all payroll documentation.
*Responsibilities:*
* Full function Payroll administration experience including:

* Africa Payroll administration experience preferable

The Solutions Architect is responsible for designing, building, testing and implementing SAP systems within the organisation’s IT network. * Design Authority for solutions according to approved solution and service descriptions.

Grade 12 (essential)

SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP C/4HANA
