As a Security Operations Assistant, you must:

Attend operational meetings to provide
updates and receive directives.

Submit detailed reports on incidents, and
operational challenges and shortfalls.
·
Ensure all major incidents are reported
immediately to management and clients.
·
Maintain ongoing client communication,
conducting periodic site visits and security reviews.
Compliance & Disciplinary
Responsibilities. You are responsible for maintaining discipline among
inspectors and security officers by:

Enforcing company policies in line with the
Disciplinary Code of Conduct.
·
Conducting performance evaluations for
supervisory or management staff.
·
Ensuring security officers are well-groomed,
in full uniform, and equipped properly.
·
Taking corrective actions against
non-compliance or misconduct.
