Key Responsibilities:Technical Support: Provide first-line technical assistance to customers and internal teams, addressing issues related to intraoral scanners, digital workflows, and CoDiagnostiX softwareInstallation & Setup: Ensure seamless installation and configuration of hardware and software for new and existing customersTraining & Education: Deliver engaging training sessions for customers and internal teams on digital solutions, emphasizing their practical applicationsField Support: Occasionally travel to customer sites to provide hands-on support, troubleshooting, and trainingProduct Expertise: Stay up-to-date on Straumann Groups product portfolio, including CoDiagnostiX, and ensure customers are fully informed of the latest innovationsDocumentation: Maintain accurate records of technical support activities, training sessions, and customer interactionsCollaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support customer adoption and satisfactionQualifications:Education:A+ or N+ certification (or equivalent IT qualification).Experience:24 years of experience in IT support or a related technical role.Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.Experience with CAD/CAM systems, dental software, or CoDiagnostiX is an advantageSkills:Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiencesOrganizational and time-management skillsOther:Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)Willingness to travel regionally for customer support and trainingProactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
