Youll have real ownership, visibility, and the chance to influence improvements across the data ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:Own and manage day-to-day operational support of the data platform, including ticket triage and incident resolutionHandle Snowflake access requests, role management, and performance-related queriesMonitor and resolve ETL/ELT pipeline failures, including overdue or failed jobsInvestigate data quality issues and support dashboard/data discrepanciesMaintain and improve runbooks for recurring incidents and operational processesIdentify repetitive issues and collaborate with data engineering teams to automate or permanently resolve themEnsure effective communication with stakeholders and maintain clean, up-to-date Jira ticketing practicesProvide monthly reporting on trends, recurring issues, and platform performanceJob Experience and Skills Required:Education:Relevant Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related fieldExperience:Proven experience in data support, data operations, or similar roleHands-on experience supporting data platforms in a production environmentExposure to incident management, ticketing systems, and operational support queuesSkills & Competencies:Strong SQL skills with practical experience in Snowflake (roles, grants, warehouses, performance basics)Solid understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines, scheduling, dependencies, and monitoring toolsAbility to troubleshoot data issues across pipelines, datasets, and dashboardsComfortable working with BI tools and investigating data discrepanciesStrong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholdersHigh ownership mindset with strong triage and problem-solving abilityOrganised, detail-oriented, and able to manage mult
