(OTD). Oversee daily dispatch operations, ensuring all outgoing goods are checked, labelled, and documented correctly (e.g., unit weight, package weight, bag quantity and bag numbering).Maintain clear demarcation and color-coded zones in the dispatch area. Train staff on storage protocols for easy accessibility and prevent cross-contamination.Ensure customer-specific labelling (e.g., ABECO) is followed meticulously.Ensure customer inspection zone holds only accurately documented and approved goods.Confirm all goods for dispatch are checked against documentation before being accepted from the warehouse. Records of personnel that checked the goods must be clearly recorded. (Name, Surname, Signature and date)All goods received from the Dispatch staging are must be pre-checked before acceptance into the dispatch area.
