Department: Operations / Contract LogisticsReports to: Cluster / Contract Logistics ManagerEmployment Type: PermanentJOB PURPOSEThe Site Manager is responsible for the overall operational performance of an allocated site, including warehouse operations, office administration, information systems, and customer service delivery. The role ensures that all operational, financial, and service-level objectives are achieved while maintaining compliance with health, safety, quality, and legal standards.This position plays a critical role in driving efficiency, cost control, people management, and client satisfaction, while supporting strategic objectives at cluster level.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Operational ManagementOversee daily warehouse, distribution, and site operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.Manage end-to-end warehouse processes including inbound, outbound, inventory control, order fulfillment, and value-added services.Monitor operational KPIs and implement corrective actions where required.Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and safety regulations.Client & Stakeholder ManagementAct as the primary on-site contact for key clients.Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met or exceeded.Handle escalations, resolve operational issues, and maintain strong client relationships.Conduct regular client performance reviews and present operational reports.https://www.executiveplacements.com/Jobs/S/Site-Manager-Contract-Logistics-1267426-Job-Search-03-02-2026-05-00-15-AM.asp?sid=gumtree
