Job Description:
Pureply, a growing FMCG toilet paper manufacturing company, is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing company accounts, handling administrative duties, and supporting daily business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain company accounts
- Perform general administrative duties
- Follow up on outstanding payments and debt collection
- Work with retailer and distributor portals (e.g. Checkers, Pick n Pay) for invoicing and account management
- Prepare and submit weekly financial and operational reports
- Answer phone calls and handle customer inquiries professionally
- Assist and attend to walk-in customers
- Support overall office and factory admin operations
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in accounts/admin (FMCG experience is an advantage)
- Knowledge of retailer/distributor portals is beneficial
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Basic computer and accounting knowledge

To identify, verify and analyse reasons for machine downtime through root cause analysis and implementation of permanent corrective actions to continuously reduce machine downtime. Assisting the Maintenance Manager in periodic trend analysis of breakdowns and expenditure with recommendations for continual improvement. Involvement in daily emergencies and urgent work requests. Keeping the Maintenance Manager informed of abnormal or critical situations and seeking advice on matters outside the Planners knowledge or authority. Ensuring maintenance procedures and documentation complies with relevant Quality Assurance standards and Safety Standards. Electrical installations and PLCs. Mechanical installations. Comply with OHS Act Regulations and other Legislation. Involve with all new projects etc. Accurately carry out maintenance schedules for production machinery and services (Electrical and Mechanical) Carry out lubrication schedules. All work must be performed safely according to all safety regulations. Speedily rectify breakdowns and after hours call outs. Weekly shift and stand by duty to be performed as per roster. Adhere to Company HSEE policy. Perform shift and standby call out duties. Working overtime when required as agreed by Plant Engineer.Job Requirements: N4 in Electrical Engineering/Millwright or Diploma in Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics Red Seal certification mandatory for Millwright/Electrician. 5 years post apprenticeship experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Experienced on Injection Molding Machines an added advantage. Experienced on ABB Robots, Siemens TIA portal and Variable speed drives (VSDs) an added advantage. Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals (mandatory) Strong analytical & problem-solving skills. Computer literacy is a must. Ability to learn fast and be independent. Excellent leadership and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
