Applicants must reside in Stellenbosch, Somerset or Strand area, alternatively have own reliable transport.

Waiters

Work under pressure, experience working with POS in food industry, neat and presentable, Night and weekend work.

Sushi Chef

All kitchen requirements and sushi preparation. Must be able to work within specified costs parameters. Deliver acceptable standards of sushi making including plating presentation. Accountable for sushi stock and stock taking. Work evenings and nights, weekends and public holidays. Be independent and self-driven and work under pressure.

Good communication Skills.
