Description
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience with technology solutions, particularly in customer experience or accommodation industries recommended
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is advantageous
- Sales and sales management experience for creating strategies, closing deals, and achieving business goals
- Proven digital marketing expertise, including hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn
- Must be comfortable setting up, monitoring, optimizing, and adjusting ad spend to maximize ROI
- Strong communication and customer service skills to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and address their needs
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and the ability to interpret campaign performance data to inform strategy and budget allocation
- Ability to develop and deliver training programs to educate clients on products and solutions
- Proficiency in market research, strategic thinking, and data analysis to drive marketing initiatives
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Flexibility to adapt to a hybrid working environment, with occasional work-from-home permissions
- Valid drivers and own vehicle
The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Drive customer acquisition, manage relationships, and promote products to targeted markets
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies
- Delivering product training and demonstrations
- Ensuring excellent customer service
- Track sales metrics and manage accounts
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to optimize delivery and customer satisfaction
- This is a full-time hybrid role based in East London, with some flexibility for remote work
