The Role: Senior Architect Fixed-Term Contract (12 Months)
The purpose of this role is to ensure execution stability, leadership continuity, and production excellence during a key growth phase. It is a technically strong, execution-driven position focused on taking ownership from coordination through to delivery, ensuring quality, compliance, and timelines are upheld. The role provides leadership and foresight ahead of confirmed project inflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize minimum 10 years of professional architectural experience to lead and coordinate project teams.

• Take end-to-end ownership of architectural deliverables across assigned projects.

• Oversee production drawings, technical detailing, and documentation quality.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, internal stakeholders, and local authorities regarding compliance and approvals.

• Manage statutory submissions and track regulatory applications accurately.

• Maintain high production output and execution discipline with minimal oversight.

• Contribute to process improvement, project structuring, and team mentorship.

About You

• Minimum 10 years of professional architectural experience.

• Strong technical and production background focused on delivery rather than concept-only design.

• Proven experience managing South African approvals, compliance, and statutory processes.

• Demonstrated leadership capability, accountability, and professional maturity.

• Ability to navigate complex coordination environments and delivery pressures.

• Dedicated and reliable profile with a strong ownership mindset.

• Capability to maintain production quality and self-structure if working in a hybrid capacity.
