Scrum Master

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings. You will work closely with the development team to maintain the product backlog and ensure the team is following Agile principles.Key responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings
• Plan and facilitate sprint planning and retrospective meetings
• Maintain the product backlog and ensure priorities are clear
• Help the team follow Agile principles and values
• • Facilitation of Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
  • Sprint planning and backlog refinement support
  • Impediment removal and team coordination
  • Delivery tracking and reporting
  • Stakeholder communication and alignment
  • Continuous improvement of Agile practices

• • Sprint plans and Agile ceremonies execution
  • Delivery status and progress reports
  • Risk and impediment logs
  • Improved team velocity and delivery consistency
  • Stakeholder communication artefacts
