Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification(s) (e.g. Customer Experience, Customer Service, or Marketing Functional Consultant Associate)

Experience

  • 78+ years in software implementation / IT project environments
  • Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Dynamics 365 Sales
    • Marketing
    • Customer Service
  • Experience in large-scale ERP/CRM implementations
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments

Key Competencies
Technical and Functional

  • Strong business analysis and process mapping skills
  • Requirements gathering and stakeholder facilitation
  • Solution design and functional documentation
  • UAT coordination and delivery
  • Knowledge of ERP/CRM integration environments

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Analysis & Solution Design

  • Engage stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
  • Analyse business processes and identify improvement opportunities
  • Translate requirements into functional specifications
  • Design scalable and efficient Dynamics 365 solutions
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution alignment

System Configuration and Customisation

  • Configure Dynamics 365 modules:
    • Sales
    • Marketing
    • Customer Service
  • Customise system functionality using native tools
  • Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency
  • Manage configurations across multiple environments

Testing, Implementation & Support

  • Develop and execute test plans and UAT processes
  • Lead full implementation lifecycle (end-to-end delivery)
  • Provide go-live and post-go-live support
  • Deliver user training and enablement sessions
  • Develop user guides and training materials

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify system enhancements and optimisation opportunities
  • Drive continuous improvement across the application landscape
  • Stay current with latest Dynamics 365 features and best practices
  • Promote Agile delivery and innovation
