Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-line IT support to internal users (hardware, software, and cloud-based systems)
- Manage and support Azure Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Intune environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows Server and Linux systems
- Support and maintain cloud-based infrastructure and services
- Monitor systems, alerts, backups, and overall environment health
- Assist with user access management, permissions, and security controls
- Support email security and endpoint protection platforms (e.g. Mimecast, Defender)
- Assist with SharePoint administration and user access
- Work with IT and security teams to ensure system uptime, performance, and compliance
- Document support processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- 0-2 years' experience in an IT Support / Systems Support role (IT graduates will be considered).
- Hands-on experience with Azure Active Directory (AD)
- Experience supporting Windows Server environments
- Exposure to Microsoft Intune
- Solid troubleshooting and user support skills
- Basic understanding of cloud environments and networking
- Experience with Mimecast, FortiGate, or Fortinet
- Exposure to Linux environments
- Familiarity with Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and LAPS
- Experience with SharePoint and Jira
- Knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint / Cloud
- Exposure to Microsoft Sentinel or SOC environments
- Basic understanding of KQL (Kusto Query Language)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
- Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- CompTIA Network+
- CompTIA Security+
