Key Responsibilities:

• Support and optimize ERP modules while maintaining a unified system template
• Enhance supply chain performance across ERP and procurement platforms
• Manage interfaces between Oracle Fusion and Coupa
• Conduct user and super-user training; maintain training materials
• Identify and implement system improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with external support teams for third-tier support

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in an IT relevant field
• Formal training in Oracle Fusion
• 3+ years experience in Oracle Fusion SCM implementation
• 2+ years experience in Coupa administration
• Experience in the JDE distribution module
• Strong understanding of supply chain management and ERP process mapping
• Exposure to business systems outside ERP (e.g., mining or plant processing)
