DevOps Engineer (DevSecOps Focus) Insurance

Key Responsibilities:

• Building and hardening Kubernetes clusters and Docker containers
• Designing secure infrastructure automation using Nutanix Calm and Prism Central
• Embedding DevSecOps principles into CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
• Automating security controls with tools like Snyk, Trivy, or Aqua
• Managing Windows Server, Active Directory, and SQL Server with a security-first mindset
• Supporting disaster recovery, compliance audits, and vulnerability remediation

Requirements:

• Familiarity with DevSecOps tooling and practices
• Hands-on experience with Nutanix Calm, Kubernetes, Docker, and container security
• Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python
• Exposure to infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible) and monitoring tools like Zabbix
• Insurance or financial services experience is a major advantage
• Nutanix NCP or Calm certification
• Knowledge of cloud security (Azure, AWS)
• Understanding of OWASP Top 10, NIST CSF, or similar frameworks

In the insurance sector, resilience and compliance are non-negotiable. This role is central to ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant infrastructure across the organization. Youll collaborate across Dev, Sec, and Ops teams to drive automation and embed security into every layer of the stack.
