Applications Manager (SAP & Non-SAP)

Our client is seeking an experienced Applications Manager (SAP & Non-SAP) to lead the strategic management and continuous improvement of the companys enterprise application landscape. This role is pivotal in ensuring the companies SAP and non-SAP systems effectively support business operations, drive innovation, and align with the companys long-term objectives.

Role Purpose
Lead the management and evolution of SAP and non-SAP application ecosystems to support business operations, optimization, and innovation across the companys business units.

Qualifications

• BSc in IT/Computer Science
• SAP certification
• Minimum 7 years of experience in application management

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee lifecycle management of SAP S/4HANA and non-SAP applications.
• Align application strategies with business objectives.
• Ensure integration and interoperability across systems.
• Manage third-party vendors and ensure SLAs are met.
• Oversee change requests, testing, and deployment.

Skills & Competencies

• Deep understanding of SAP modules (FICO, SD, MM, PP, etc.)
• Experience with third-party manufacturing/agriculture applications
• Strong project management skills (Agile/Waterfall)
• Proven leadership and vendor management capabilities
