Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and close new ERP business opportunities, focusing on Syspro ERP and related solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships with decision-makers at the C-suite and senior management levels.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Drive marketing campaigns, events, and digital initiatives to generate leads and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with internal consultants, developers, and project managers to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Stay up to date with ERP trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements
  • Proven track record (3+ years) in ERP, software, or IT solutions sales.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems (Syspro knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships and consultative sales approaches.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or IT is advantageous.
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to clients when required
