MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:The IT Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Shared Services Centre by managing day-to-day office activities, coordinating both administrative and IT-related tasks, and maintaining effective communication across teams. This role oversees general office operations while supporting essential functions such as handling incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and mail, as well as coordinating meetings.
