Senior Flutter Developer

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing software solutions across mobile, web and desktop platforms, with a primary focus on Flutter development.

You will work within an Agile environment, collaborating with team members to deliver robust, scalable applications using a single codebase across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy robust applications across Web and Android platforms using Flutter
• Write clean, maintainable code primarily in Dart, with exposure to Java/Kotlin and C#
• Design user-friendly and responsive interfaces
• Integrate REST APIs and third-party services
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
• Collaborate within an Agile (Scrum) environment
• Implement Unit and Integration testing
• Contribute to CI/CD processes
• Maintain version control using Git/Bitbucket
• Utilise tools such as Android Studio, Visual Studio (2019+), and VS Code

Required Experience & Skills

• 5+ years experience in mobile and/or web application development
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles
• Solid experience with Flutter and Dart
• Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party APIs
• Familiarity with UML tools
• Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum)
• Proficient in Git and version control best practices
• Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar project management tools
• Database experience (Oracle, SQL, SQLite)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills
