Lead Developer (Back-End)

Our client is seeking a Lead Developer to play a pivotal role in their core development team. This position is central to designing, building, and maintaining their critical back-end services and applications. You will be the technical anchor for a mix of greenfield and legacy projects, ensuring scalability, reliability, and clean architectural practices.

Requirements:

• Strong commercial experience with both the .NET Framework and .Net Core.
• Your C++ expertise is primarily on the Windows platform (Linux exposure is a great bonus), and using modern standards (C++14/17+).
• Hands-on experience designing and building systems using Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Microservices.
• Highly skilled in multi-threading and parallel processing, especially within Windows services.
• You have a strong command of Microsoft SQL Server and can confidently design and optimize complex queries and databases.
• You have a solid understanding of and commitment to clean coding practices and SOLID design principles.
