General Details
Description
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12
- CompTIA A+, N+ (or similar IT qualification)
- MTCNA and/or MTCRE (advantageous)
- 2-5 years Service Desk & Network Support experience essential
- Experience with VoIP
- Basic OSPF & routing knowledge
The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:
- 2nd level fault/ticket management
- Network & alert monitoring (Dude/UNMS/DataTill)
- Manage escalations & meet SLA requirements
- Advance troubleshooting (Voice/IP Services)
- Incident & fault management
- Internal IT support & management services (Meraki/Unifi)
- Escalation point for Tier 1 Technicians
