- 8+ years experience in industrial sales or channel management
- Proven track record managing distributors and partner networks
- Strong exposure to process automation, instrumentation, or industrial solutions
- Valid drivers licence and a willingness to travel

- Develop and execute channel strategy to grow market share
- Manage and support distributor performance and commercial targets
- Drive partner enablement, training, and technical alignment
- Identify new channel opportunities and market expansion routes
- Work closely with internal sales, application, and marketing teams

Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained. Â
