Requirements
- A BCOM/BA in Marketing, with majors in marketing, strategy, or consumer behaviour
- 58 years marketing experience in financial services (mandatory)
- At least 5 years in consumer/services brand marketing, with 3+ years at Brand Manager level
- Strong understanding of multi-channel Go-To-Market strategy execution
- Experience in digital marketing and performance measurement
- Excellent planning, organisational, and project management skills
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and engage stakeholders confidently
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual and campaign-specific marketing plans
- Execute go-to-market strategies aligned with segment and sector-specific goals
- Drive integrated marketing across digital, brand, PR, events, and internal communication
- Manage agency partnerships to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Monitor marketing performance, ROI, and develop post-campaign evaluation reports
- Compile and manage budgets, quotes, and supplier invoices
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
