You will play a pivotal role in the success of the business by ensuring that profit potential and growth opportunities are maximized.

• Manage and direct the Sales and Marketing team to produce budgeted sales volumes while delivering overall quality customer service.
• Ensure consistent, sustainable profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, implementing marketing and sales plans.
