Hours: 8-5 Full-time, office-based

Location: Milnerton, Cape Town
What Youll Do:
- Handle customer calls & emails
- Process orders and manage databases
- Send out promotions and product info
- Check outgoing orders & assist with stock take
- Handle complaints professionally
- Strong communication & admin skills
- Experience with sales or customer service
- Computer literate (Excel, email, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Reliable and organized
