Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare accurate quotations, ensuring correct pricing, stock availability, and delivery timelines.
- Provide technical advice and assist customers in selecting suitable products.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process â?? from order placement to invoicing and delivery follow-up.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding quotes to convert potential leads into sales.
- Track and update clients on the progress of orders, ensuring clear communication throughout.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the customer base.
- Attend product and technical training sessions to maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
- Matric (Grade 12) essential; a tertiary qualification in Sales, Business, or Engineering is advantageous.
- Proven experience in technical sales, ideally within the HVAC, mechanical, or industrial equipment
- Strong technical understanding of air movement, ventilation, or mechanical systems.
- Bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
- Must have a valid driverâ??s licence and reliable transport.
