The Basic is R15k + Car Allowance R5k + Provident fund Co. Contribution R450 + Mobile R800

Candidate Requirements
- Professional
- Age: 3540 years
- Energetic
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of finance and money matters
- Highly disciplined and organised (must use a diary hard copy or digital)
- Natural problem solver and achiever
- Motivated by responsibility and accountability
- Team player who enjoys recognition and praise
- Well-presented and teachable
- Sales experience essential (especially customer care)
About the Role
- Industry: Labels and packaging
- Technical training in printing and packaging will be provided
- Existing customer base will be handed over
- Monthly sales target linked to the customer base
- New business development required
Sales Targets & Workload
- Average monthly target: R500,000 (currently being achieved)
- Average order value: R3,500
- 120140 orders per month required
- 40% of target from repeat business at start of month
- 40% from working existing base
- 20% from new business pipeline
Remuneration
- Basic salary
- Car allowance
- Provident Fund (3% company contribution + benefits)
- Mobile allowance: R800 per month
- Tiered commission structure (linked to gross profit)
- No 13th cheque (commission offers unlimited earning potential)
- Full commission paid when monthly target is achieved
