The Role: Outbound SDR

As an Outbound Sales Development Representative, you'll be on the frontlines making outbound calls, generating opportunities, and driving qualified leads. This is a role for high performers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to accelerate their sales career. You'll receive AI-powered tools, world-class training, and real opportunities for advancement, but only your output will determine your trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound sales or cold calling
  • Make 80 - 120 targeted outbound calls per day to decision-makers
  • Execute proven talk tracks that open doors and drive urgency
  • Handle objections with confidence and resilience
  • Book qualified meetings that lead to real revenue
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up pipelines
  • Represent the company and its clients with clarity and energy
  • Compete on daily metrics and performance targets

About You

  • 1+ year in outbound phone-based sales or business development
  • Track record of hitting or exceeding performance KPIs
  • University degree preferred
  • Fluent English with confident phone presence
  • Competitive, metrics-driven, and hungry to be #1
  • Coachable and open to feedback
  • Resilient rejection doesn't slow you down
  • Comfortable selling into tough sectors (logistics, manufacturing, medical, etc.)
  • Based in Cape Town and able to work full-time in-office during UK hours
