Minimum requirements:
Consultant: RJ Jeftha - Dante Personnel Greenstone
- 23 years B2B cold calling or hunter-style sales experience
- Understanding of foreign exchange markets and international transactions
- Strong track record in outbound sales and converting prospects
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to exceed targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to present financial products clearly over the phone
- Ability to research and identify qualified corporate leadsComfortable using CRM systems and sales tools
- Ability to secure meetings with senior financial decision-makers
- bility to meet and exceed monthly KPI targets
- Strong pipeline management and reporting capability
- Minimum qualification Matric
- Relevant business qualification would be helpful
- FAIS compliant qualification or willingness to work towards FAIS compliance
- Sales experience in the financial or FX industry would be advantageous
- Understanding of the corporate FX industry would be advantageous
- Entrepreneurial experience would be advantageous
