Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for tactical, non-category managed products.
• Analyze supply markets and demand patterns to inform decisions.
• Negotiate short- and medium-term commercial agreements.
• Draft and finalize supply and service level agreements.
• Collaborate with Legal to ensure compliance in agreement drafting.
• Ensure procurement aligns with specifications and sourcing strategies.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for contract placement.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Mentoring and monitoring a procurement team. Building relationships, sharing expertise and fostering growth through regular, open communication. Key steps include identifying gaps, setting clear objectives, providing training and guidance while celebrating successes.
