We are looking for a Restaurant FOH Manager to start in Stellenbosch Central
Please look at the requirements :
At least 3 years experience in a similar position
Must have qualifications that can be provided on request
Must have Costing and stock experience
Microsoft Office literate
Preferable Afrikaans but must be fluent in english also
Contactable references is very important
Own transport is important
Able to work day or night shifts
Must setup shifts for staff and place FOH orders daily and check orders delivered
You will be joining our other managers both FOH and BOH at our busy restaurant working shifts with each having off days weekly.
Your salary will be market related and based on your experience R 17 000 up to R 26 000

We are looking for a Senior Manager and upwards who is able to run all aspects of our vibrant newly renovated restaurant. A passion for hospitality is the ultimate requirement.

- Able to motivate waiters to upsell and be customer focussed on the floor
- Equipment maintenance
- Admin related to the BOH / FOH
- Hands on - not an office job

Position is in Stellenbosch so reliable transport is essential. Staying in surrounding area is an advantage.
