- Grade 12 / Matric
- Valid Trade Qualification essential
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Hydraulic Fitter
- Strong fault-finding and hydraulic repair experience
- Ability to disassemble, test, repair, and maintain hydraulic equipment
- Knowledge of hydraulic systems and engineering standards
- Willingness to assist with related mechanical and technical work when required
- Ability to mentor apprentices and assistants
- Willingness to work overtime and public holidays when required
- Valid drivers license essential
