RF Engineer

We are seeking a skilled RF Engineer to join our engineering team and contribute to the design, testing, and optimisation of high-performance radio-frequency systems. You will work across the full development lifecycle, from concept through to validation, ensuring robust and reliable RF performance in our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, and optimise RF circuits, subsystems, and antennas
• Develop schematic designs and work closely with layout engineers on RF PCB design
• Perform RF measurements and characterisation using VNAs, spectrum analysers, signal generators and related lab equipment
• Support prototyping, bring-up, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis
• Conduct RF modelling, link-budget analysis, and system-level performance evaluation
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards (EMC, regulatory, safety)
• Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and design reviews
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including digital, firmware, mechanical and manufacturing engineers

Essential Qualifications

• Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field
• Strong understanding of RF and microwave fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with RF test equipment (VNA, spectrum analyser, power meters, etc.)
• Familiarity with RF simulation tools (e.g., ADS, HFSS, CST, Microwave Office)
• Experience with schematic capture and PCB design tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Clear communication and documentation abilities
