Position available for a qualified Structural Engineering Draughtsman. Must have: Grade 12 (Matric), Basic understanding of mathematics and physics, Engineering / Draughting certificate or diploma, Autodesk suite of programs such as AutoCAD & Bim360, Revit (Proficiency 2+ Years) â?? Advanced will be advantageous, Knowledge of reinforcement steel and structural steel (non-negotiable)

seek a competent and experienced quantity surveyor to join our team
As a quantity surveyor, you will manage all civil
engineering, building and electrical project costs, from the initial
calculations to the final figures. Your role will be highly critical in
ensuring the financial success of our construction projects.
Responsibilities:

Cost Estimation and Planning:
·
Preparation of cost estimates, bills of
quantities and tender documents.
·
Develop detailed cost estimates and budgets
based on project specifications.
Required skills and qualifications
·
Diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in quantity
surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
·
2+ years of experience in quantity surveying or
cost consulting, preferably in the construction industry
·
Professional membership or certification in
quantity surveying or construction management Strong analytical and numerical
skills.

Experience working with AutoCAD and validating
